Study the housing situation of Molanca workers:

Within the framework of the PROMEVIV Program, a study of the Housing Situation of MOLANCA staff was carried out , both in Caracas and Valencia with the following objectives:

• Determine the housing and tenure situation of the dwelling, as well as the workers ability to pay
• Establish variants of the program to be applied
• Establish possible target population

The integrated areas were:

• General Data
• Characteristics of the Community
• Financial Situation

In summary, they were applied:

• 195 studies.
• A niche was established on Family Economics and the use of Housing police through personalized advice improvement and initial contribution for housing acquisition through technical advice and evaluating payment capacity.

Once the information was collected, workshop of various kinds were held to help our workers fully and effectively and determine the best way the type of attention that each worker requires:

• Technical Assistance for Home Improvement.
• Counseling for Property Acquisition.
• Credit for Home Improvement.
• Credit for Initial. Complement for Home Acquisition.
